Customer Reviews
82 reviews4.7The performance was outstanding. The visual effects and all the works on designing the scenes and outfits were amazing.
Frozen the musical was incredible! I took my 6yr off for her birthday and we both loved it. The singing was amazing. There were funny parts that all the children in the theatre really appreciated and it really was a brilliant day out. Such a treat!
Magical show. Air con worked well felt FROZEN
This show is absolutely amazing. I would go again if I could. Took my 12 & 8 yr old, they had the best time, my sons face just lit up the whole way through, priceless
Fantastic show! What production - wow!! children and adults of all ages will enjoy this show, to a point I think I would go again to see it. The theatre is beautiful (recently refurbished I think).
This show was brilliant we all loved it , would recommend to all my friends and family
Unfortunately, the show was good but our seats were terrible for the cost. I could literally see only half the stage as someone’s head was in my way on the right side, I spent £200 on 4 tickets and we could barely see anything more then the tops of the performers heads. The show itself was really good in regards to production value but we couldn’t enjoy it due to our seats
Frozen the musical was just outstanding in all aspects starting with the huge production, the stage, but more so the leading singers and actors Elsa and Anna are just so talented. We did not bring any children with us but the theater was packed with them giving the atmosphere a very lively and enjoyable feeling. A must if you are into muscial plays for all family
An absolutely brilliant production. An excellent performance. Great first class Performers and outstanding Singers. Your staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended and I might book again.
Fantastic musical. Such a talented cast. Visually stunning show. Thoroughly enjoyed the show. A show for all ages.
Although the show was excellent we were VERY disappointed not to have seen Samantha Barks, having checked her calendar for when she is on stage and spending hundreds of pounds on train fare and accommodation and obviously the price of the tickets she was not performing that night!!! There wasn't even an announcement at the beginning of the show, as I said very disappointed.
The set malfunctioned and stage crew had to come on during the show. Unfortunately the set is the biggest draw to this show as everything else the movie does better so kinda ruined the whole thing. Large parts of the show are dull except for the big numbers. Its a cash grab and the show doesnt have anywhere near the same amazement factor as Lion King or Mary Poppins or other west end options. Asked to be able to see the show again and after a month of no reply was told to buy another ticket. An unfortunate waste of £120 per ticket.
